Insurance Price is part of Bricks and Motor Insurance Brokers Ltd which has been providing expert advice to clients on types of Insurance since 1990 and have many thousands of customers from all over the UK.
We are members of the “British Insurance Brokers Insurance Brokers’ Association (BIBA)” and our current regulatory body is the Financial Conduct Authority.
Insurance Price is an independent Insurance Intermediary that takes great pride and care in every insurance policy that we arrange.
You are most welcome to call into our shop front offices and meet us face to face anytime Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm.

Callback Quotation
I've asked for a callback quotation, when will I be called?
If you have asked for a call-back for a quotation, then we will call you as soon as we can between 9am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday. We try to call our clients back as soon as we receive the message that you require a quote, but if you have requested a call at a certain time whilst we are open, be assured that we will call you at the appointed time.
About Payments
How can I pay for a policy?
You can either pay in full by debit or credit card, cheque, bank transfer or good old fashioned cash if you wish to pay in full. Alternatively, we have agreements with two of UK’s leading finance providers to offer direct debit; depending on the policy type and premium the deposits and service charge will vary.

How Will I Receive My Policy Documents
We can send copies through the post to you or alternatively the majority of the policies that we deal with are now provided to us from the insurer in a pdf format and can be emailed to you. Whichever option you require, we will be more than happy to comply with.
How Do I Make A Claim?
We would always recommend that you call us first if the claim occurs during our office hours, in the unfortunate event that a claim arises out of our opening times, there will be a phone number for the insurers emergency claim telephone number to call. But we would recommend that you call us when we are next open as the benefit of taking a policy out through us is that we can provide you with all our experience in dealing with claims to ensure that your claim is handled as quickly and efficiently as possible.
How Do I Cancel My Insurance Policy?
Should you require your policy to be cancel mid-term, all you need to do is to contact the office and we can tell you the procedure for that particular insurance company. Some insurers require documentation returned, other insurance have the facility to have their policies cancelled down immediately.
